In a short paragraph, outline the following:
a) Date of purchase, registration, construction and/or erection;
b) Name of party responsible for purchase, registration, construction and/or erection;
c) Reason for purchase, registration, construction and/or erection;
d) Polish cultural-heritage value to the property; and
e) Any other relevant information.
